Places to Eat

Dinner time!

China Chilcano; Washington, D.C. August 2015; Day Sean Proposed (the second time)

Here are some of our favorite spots!

Daikaya: Yummy Japanese’s style ramen. Excellent for a cold day. http://daikaya.com/

China Chilcano: Amazing Jose Andre’s restaurant. It is a fusion between Peruvian and Chinese foods. http://chinachilcano.com/

Hill Country: As Sean is from North Caroline we had to have an BBQ place in the list. If you are looking for comfort food this is the place to go! http://www.hillcountryny.com/

Pasta Mia: One of our favorites spots in town. This is the most amazing Italian food in the city. It is run by an Italian couple where the husband cooks and the wife runs the front of the house. They do not take reservations and are only open from 6 to 10 Tuesday – Saturday but it is must if you are in the mood for Italian fare. Just a few suggestions, be sure to order the lobster ravioli and top the meal off with some tiramisu! Here’s their link on Google Maps.

Etete-An Ethiopian restaurant. D.C is pretty well known for it’s Ethiopian population and the food in incredible! If you are feeling adventurous we recommend trying this place out. You eat with your hands and the flavors are to die for! http://etetedc.com/
